Counselling opens up a space in people’s lives where they can be supported to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop new insights and self-acceptance. It can support people to move away from feeling stuck, towards making the changes that they seek. I offer my clients a safe, non-judgmental space where they can be accepted for who they are. I believe that given the right conditions, we all have an enormous capacity for change and personal growth through the development of deeper insight and self-awareness.

I am an integrative counsellor and coach. I use a range of different therapeutic counselling, and evidence-based coaching interventions best suited to each client. This allows for exploring the past for meaning as well as finding ways to move successfully onward while addressing unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour.

My training has included person-centred humanistic counselling, existential therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, transactional analysis, Gestalt therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, personal consultancy and coaching.

I very much look forward to hearing from you.
