The inner life is never contained by the visible role.

I work with individuals, leaders, and organizations to understand the psychological forces shaping how they decide, relate, perform, and become.

Profile

Not every psychological difficulty announces itself as a crisis. Sometimes it appears as repetition, distance, restlessness, or a life that continues to work while no longer feeling entirely inhabited.

My work begins beneath the visible problem. I pay attention to the person’s lived experience, relational patterns, language, contradictions, and the meanings carried by what cannot yet be said directly.

My clinical experience extends across hospitals, outpatient care, private practice, and national training programs in Saudi Arabia and the United States. This depth-oriented perspective also informs my work with leaders and organizations, where behaviour is shaped by identity, authority, belonging, ambition, and the system around the person.

02

Services

Four ways to work
with greater clarity.

Each engagement is shaped around a real question, not a generic package. The work may be clinical, developmental, or organizational, but it remains attentive to both the person and the system around them.

01

For individuals

Private Psychological Consultation

For people who are functioning on the outside while something essential feels unresolved within.

  • Identity and life transitions
  • Attachment and recurring relationship patterns
  • Emptiness, alienation, and loss of meaning
  • The emotional cost of responsibility and success
What the work is for

A more coherent understanding of what is happening, why it keeps returning, and what a more honest way forward may require.

02

For leaders

Executive Psychological Consultation

A psychologically informed space for leaders whose decisions, relationships, and authority carry real consequence.

  • Leadership identity and authority
  • Decision pressure and emotional blind spots
  • Conflict, influence, and difficult conversations
  • Transitions into larger roles
What the work is for

Greater clarity under pressure, a more deliberate leadership presence, and fewer decisions governed by unseen personal patterns.

03

For clinical clarity

Comprehensive Psychological Assessment

A structured evaluation when symptoms, cognitive concerns, personality patterns, or treatment questions require more than a brief clinical impression.

  • Intelligence and cognitive assessment
  • Personality and projective assessment
  • Neuropsychological screening
  • Biopsychosocial formulation and differential diagnosis
What the work is for

An integrated clinical report that brings test findings, history, observation, and context into a coherent formulation to inform diagnosis, treatment planning, or referral.

04

For organizations

Organizational Advisory

Advisory work for organizations seeking to understand the human experience beneath performance indicators.

  • Workplace wellbeing strategy
  • Employee experience and leadership culture
  • Behavioural insight and intervention design
  • Psychologically informed programs and policy
What the work is for

Clearer diagnosis of the human problem, stronger intervention logic, and systems that account for how people actually behave.

03

The Birkman Method

Behaviour is visible.
Need is often hidden.

A map of how you work
— and what pressure changes.

Birkman is not used here as a colour report or a list of personality labels. It becomes a structured conversation about the gap between how a person usually behaves, what they need from the environment, and what others may see when those needs remain unmet.

01Usual behaviour

The strengths and interpersonal style others are most likely to experience.

02Underlying needs

The less visible conditions required for energy, trust, and sustained performance.

03Stress behaviour

Predictable shifts that appear when needs are overlooked or pressure accumulates.

04Interests & direction

The work, roles, and environments toward which motivation naturally moves.

What the consultation can reveal

  • Hidden needs and the gap between person and environment
  • Conflict triggers and pressure behaviour
  • Communication preferences and leadership impact
  • Career direction, role fit, and team contribution
  • A practical development map translated from the report
Feedback format60–90 minutes

Individual interpretation, contextual analysis, and practical next steps. Team and leadership formats are available.

01

The Compass

Two sessions to understand the central pattern: strengths, needs, stress, and the question currently requiring direction.

02

Professional Profile

Three sessions translating the profile into career direction, role fit, communication, and a practical development plan.

03

Leadership & Influence

Four sessions examining authority, impact, conflict, decision pressure, and how leadership is experienced by others.

04

Method

Depth without obscurity.
Practice without reduction.

I do not begin by forcing experience into a ready-made explanation. The work develops through careful inquiry, psychological formulation, and practical movement that remains faithful to the complexity of the person.

1

Listen beneath the presenting issue

Clarify what is happening, what it means to the person, and what may be hidden by the first explanation.

2

Recognize the organizing pattern

Trace repetitions across relationships, decisions, stress responses, and the roles a person has learned to inhabit.

3

Translate insight into movement

Turn understanding into choices, language, boundaries, and behaviour that can survive outside the consulting room.

05

Experience

Clinical depth.
Across complex settings.

06

Clinical foundations

Assessment that does not end
with a test score.

Psychological data becomes useful only when it is interpreted within the person’s history, current context, observed functioning, and the clinical question that brought them to assessment.

Assessment scope

Intelligence, personality, projective & cognitive

Experience administering and integrating Stanford–Binet, MMPI-2, Rorschach, TAT, ACE-III, and neuropsychological measures.

Clinical integration

Biopsychosocial formulation

Findings are translated into differential understanding, treatment implications, and a structured report for the person or referring team.

Professional context

Multidisciplinary practice

Hospital and institutional work alongside psychiatric and medical teams, including complex case review and pre-surgical psychological screening.

Contribution

Supervision, training & support groups

Training mental-health specialists, mentoring junior psychologists, and facilitating structured support groups for healthcare trainees.

When the
Lamps Went Out

A literary exploration of loneliness, alienation, inner fracture, and the quiet ways a person attempts to return to himself. Written for those who have lived through something they could feel more clearly than they could explain.

“Sometimes the light does not disappear to leave us in darkness. It disappears because the eyes have postponed seeing for too long.”

08

Text & media discourse analysis

What language reveals
before the speaker intends it.

Language does more than carry a message. It organizes identity, distributes power, manages distance, conceals anxiety, and tells the audience how a person wishes to be seen. I analyse the psychological architecture of texts and public speech without turning interpretation into diagnosis.

01 / Reading

Psychological reading of text

Close analysis of recurrent language, omissions, contradictions, metaphors, emotional movement, and the relationship between what is said and what the text is trying to protect.

02 / Architecture

Message & narrative design

Clarifying the central idea, the order of disclosure, the hidden question, narrative tension, and the point at which information should be revealed for maximum meaning.

03 / Performance

Media discourse direction

Turning written thought into credible spoken language: openings, pauses, pace, difficult transitions, memorable lines, and a conclusion that feels earned rather than performed.

04 / Risk

Persona and discourse consistency

Examining whether vocabulary, tone, claims, and emotional signals support the intended public identity — and identifying language that may create unintended readings or reputational risk.
